We’re seeking an energetic Kitchenhand/Cook to support our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Reporting directly to the Chef, you will play a key role in meal preparation, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen, and assisting across all food preparation as well as cooking and serving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning kitchens and food preparation areas.
• Preparing ingredients and cooking meals per Roadhouse menu
• Serving front of house customers
• Cooking, toasting and heating simple food items
• Assist with front of house duties when required
• Must be available for a range of day, night & overnight shifts, including weekdays and weekends
