We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and Eastern South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.

We have a vacancy for a Retail 2IC to assist in leading our team at our site located in Robinvale, with the option to be casual or permanent part time with 25-35hrs per week required.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the site. This is a customer focused role with previous experience in the petroleum or food industry being highly regarded.

Key duties:

  • Console operation
  • Store administrations, including daily reports, money handling, balancing, banking and reconciliation
  • Stock control, including data processing and management of stock to maximise sales and minimise stock wastage
  • Daily fuel monitoring, dips and meter reads
  • Stocktaking and reconciliation
  • Maintaining exceptional service and customer experience 
  • Merchandising strategies and promotional compliance
  • Supervising staff & Roster management
  • Development and training the staff of console operators, improving performance and productivity of the store team while maintaining a safe working environment
  • Ensure that all operations of the site are running smoothly
  • Liaising with suppliers, vendors, internal and external accounts
  • Other day to day duties required to run the business
