Broken Hill Depot

We are a major fuel and lubricant distributor, operating throughout Northern Victoria, Southern New South Wales and South Australia. We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.

We have a vacancy for a unique position at our Broken Hill Depot. We are seeking applicants who have the ability to fill a 2IC Depot Operations Officer role with the addition of casual tanker driving required from time to time.

This role reports directly to the Depot Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the daily administrative operations of the depot, casual tanker driving and some yard work required. This role is fulltime, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

As a support role within the depot key duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Car licence required
  • Forklift licence essential
  • HC licence essential
  • Complete casual fuel & oil deliveries where required
  • Must be willing to complete dangerous goods course
  • Customer service (face to face and via phone)
  • Assist Depot Manager with management of the depot
  • Assisting with rosters
  • Some fuel delivery scheduling
  • Daily administration tasks
  • Warehouse stock control

2IC Phone allowance and full training is provided, along with ongoing support provided by Regional Manager and Depot Manager.
