1. Eligibility

  • The loyalty program is available to individual consumers aged 18 and above.
  • Participants must provide a valid phone number and frequently used email address upon registration.
  • The program is not available to businesses, organisations, or bulk purchasers.

2. Participation

  • Each customer is issued a physical loyalty card with a unique barcode for tracking purchases.
  • The card must be scanned at the time of purchase to track progress towards a free coffee.
  • The loyalty card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered customer.

3. Tracking Progress

  • For every coffee purchased, the system records it towards the loyalty reward.
  • Customers are always aware of their progress, e.g., “You are 4 coffees away from your free coffee.”
  • Multiple coffees purchased in a single transaction will all count towards the loyalty system.

4. Redeeming Rewards

  • After purchasing five (5) coffees, customers will receive one (1) free coffee of any size.
  • The free coffee is automatically recorded on the system and linked to the customer’s loyalty card.
  • The free coffee does not expire and can be redeemed at any time.
  • The free coffee cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.

5. Lost or Damaged Cards

  • If a loyalty card is lost or damaged, customers can request a replacement by emailing tcrcard@tascopetroleum.com.au.
  • TASCO Petroleum PTY LTD reserves the right to verify the customer’s identity before issuing a replacement card.

6. General Conditions

  • The loyalty program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
  • TASCO Petroleum PTY LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without notice.
  • In case of disputes, TASCO Petroleum PTY LTD’s decision is final.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal details collected during registration may be used for administering the loyalty program, marketing communications, and other business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By participating in the program, customers agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their information as outlined in our Privacy Policy available at:

  • TASCO Petroleum PTY LTD will not share customer information with third parties without consent.
  • Customers may receive promotional communications but can opt out at any time.

By participating in the TASCO Petroleum Coffee Loyalty Program, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
